Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of admunch.co.in and the AdMunch service ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use AdMunch for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
Our registered business details will be listed on this page once company registration is complete.
1. The Service
AdMunch is an AI marketing assistant for auto-parts distributors. It reads business data you connect, suggests offers and drafts campaigns. Some features, including sending through WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, depend on those platforms and your accounts with them.
2. Your account
- Keep your passcode and login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Your responsibilities
- Approval: campaigns are drafts until you approve them. You are responsible for approved content, offers and prices.
- Consent: you must have your customers' consent to message them, and honour opt-outs.
- Platform rules: you must follow the rules of WhatsApp, Meta and any other channel you use, and all applicable Indian laws, including consumer protection and advertising rules.
- Brands and trademarks: only use brand names and logos you have the right to use.
- Do not misuse the Service: no spam, unlawful content, attempts to break security, or reselling without our written permission.
4. AI output
AdMunch uses AI to write suggestions and messages. AI can make mistakes. Check drafts before approving them. Figures such as stock, prices and costs come from your data; if your data is wrong, results will be too.
5. Fees
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees, plus GST.
- WhatsApp message charges and ad spend are billed at cost, as shown before you approve a campaign.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
- Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after 15 days' notice.
6. Your data
Your business data remains yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve the Service for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
7. Availability
We aim to keep AdMunch available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, AdMunch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the actions of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending the agreement
You can cancel as described in our refunds and cancellation policy. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms. After cancellation you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
