Refunds and cancellation

Free pilot

Pilot distributors get the first 30 days free. There is nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue.

Monthly plans

• Cancel any time from your account or by emailing billing@admunch.co.in.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part-months.

Yearly plans

• If you cancel within 14 days of paying, we refund the full amount.
• After 14 days, we refund the unused whole months at the monthly-equivalent yearly price, minus any usage charges.

Usage charges

WhatsApp messages already delivered and ad spend already billed by Meta cannot be refunded, because we pay them to Meta.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or wrongly, email billing@admunch.co.in within 30 days. We will correct it and refund any excess.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days after we approve them.
