Which Vahan file do I need?
The day-wise registrations export by RTO and maker, with one sheet per month (columns: Zone, Region, State, RTO, OEM and one column per day). Excel .xlsx, up to 100 MB. We handle the usual quirks: cumulative month-to-date columns, blank days, statewide lines and channel sub-rows.
Is the dealer data real?
Not in the demo. Enquiries, bookings, retail, discounts, exchange, stock and targets are generated for your brand so that they match your real registrations exactly. When you connect your DMS, real data replaces it.
Can dealers use it too?
Yes. Dealer and zonal users see their own outlets plus anonymised zone benchmarks. Dealer logins come with the full rollout after the demo.

Which AI do you use?
Google's Gemini on Vertex AI plans each question and writes the short summary. The numbers come from our query engine, not from the model. Without AI the app still answers common questions using built-in rules.
